As a sports coach at the high-school or college level you may be frustrated with the lack of resources your school provides. Maybe you don’t have a full-time strength coach, or even worse, you’re the one monitoring weight room sessions. That’s where True North comes in!
Teams will receive customized programming; breaking athletes into groups of position, training age, along with remote support from Conner Morro that your staff can lean on.
We partner with select organizations, schools and programs to deliver remote athlete-specific performance training to support the skill coach in delivering appropriate programming for athletes in the weight room.
fter an initial video conference to understand what best suits your program, athletes will undergo an initial performance assessment. This assessment will include speed, agility, strength, power and conditioning all specific to your sport. After collecting this data, we will build out your first phase of training based on the data and facilities you have available.
Each phase of programming (3-5 weeks) will be suited for your program. Depending on team size, athletes will be split into different groups to best suit their needs (position, training age, etc). Each training phase may have a different focus, but will encompass speed, agility, mobility, strength, power and conditioning training.
Our programming is 100% customizable to what you have, whether it be only being able to train twice per week, or a roster of 50+ players. We have training solutions for you to win championships.
Along with your programming, you will receive 24/7 support from our staff. Each month, we will have a video conference, covering the last program and introducing the new one to coaches. This is a vital feature with our remote training, to make sure everybody is on the same page.
