Athletes will be provided with monthly programming through our training app and be supported 1:1 with Head Performance Coach Conner Morro through weekly check-ins and 24/7 text support.
We work with a select group of athletes remotely per month. Outlined below is exactly how remote training works. From intake to the day-to-day.
After signing up for remote training you’ll go through an holistic assessment. Conducted via our training app, we’ll assess your range of motion, athletic history, past injuries, strength & power, and much more. From here we will build a truly individualized training program administered monthly.
Your individualized programming will be delivered through our online training app complete with detailed video instruction, notes, sets, reps, and everything else you need. Your programming will encompass all areas of athletic performance - completely customized to your individual needs. From mobility, to nutrition, speed & agility, strength & power - no stone will be left unturned in pursuit of your potential.
As a remote training athlete you will have direct 24/7 access to Head Performance Coach Conner Morro. Communication will take place through the training app with scheduled weekly check-ins ensuring you are receiving the feedback and support needed.
Supported by data collected in our training app, our team will be constantly monitoring and assessing your progress. Each month your programming will be updated and tweaked based on your needs.
